Holiday Decorating Contest

This year the Board of Directors would like to hold holiday decorating contests for Halloween and Christmas. 

 

The winners for the Halloween decorating contest were 2111 Bennigan, 2009 Gairloch, and 2107 Aberdeen.  Congratulations to you all.

 

The Christmas Decorating Contest will be held on December 23, so have your decorations and lights up and on to be eligible. 

 

 

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting is scheduled for Thursday, February 26 at 7:00 PM.  A notice will be mailed prior to the meeting with more information.  However, we would like to inform you that the Mayor of League City and department heads are planning on attending.  Please contact the Association Manager, Karen Lopez, at 832/864-1261 with City concerns and issues, so the City may be notified and the appropriate departments present to respond.

 
 

 

2009 Annual Assessments

Just a reminder that he assessment will be due January 1, 2009 and delinquent as of February 1, 2009.  So pay on time to avoid any late fees being assessed to your account.
