Phil Spiller called the meeting to order at approximately 7:02 PM.

The February 21, 2008 Board Meeting was held at the Perry Family YMCA, located at 1700 League City Parkway West, League City, Texas.

The agenda was adopted as amended.

Homeowner Forum: 

There were no homeowners present.

Approval of Minutes:

A motion was made to approve the January 17, 2008 minutes, as presented.  Motion passed.

Management Report:

The Action Items were reviewed and discussed. 

The Financials were reviewed and discussed.  A motion was made to approve the current financials as presented.  Motion passed.

The Correspondence Log was reviewed and discussed. 

The Inspection Report was reviewed and discussed.   

Committee Reports:

Architectural Control: There were two applications for review from ACC meeting.

Crime-watch:  No one was in attendance to give report. 

Recreation: No one in attendance to give report. 

Playground:  No one was in attendance to give report.

Newsletter/Website:  No one was present to discuss.  Items for upcoming newsletter were mentioned.

Landscape:  No one was in attendance to give report.

Welcome: There were no new owners this period.

Old Business:

Annual Meeting – The annual meeting was briefly discussed.

Brick Monument Sign – The sing was discussed briefly.

New Business: 

Homeowner Link – A motion was made to deny the homeowner link telephone messaging service.  Motion passed.

There being no further business to discuss, a motion was made to adjourn to Executive Session at approximately 7:29 PM.  Motion passes unanimously.
