The
January 17, 2008
Board Meeting was
held at the Perry
Family YMCA, located
at 1700 League City
Parkway West, League
City, Texas.
The
agenda was adopted
as amended.
A
motion was made to
appoint Louie West
for Director, to
fill open position.
Louie accepted.
Motion passed.
Homeowner Forum:
Lesley Lee was in
attendance to
request an extension
to clean the siding
on her home. She
feels the siding
needs to be
replaced, not just
cleaned and needs
more time to have
this completed. A
motion was made to
grant Mrs. Lee a
three month
extension, giving
her until April 1,
2008 to have
violation
corrected. Motion
passed.
Approval of Minutes:
A
motion was made to
approve the December
20, 2007 minutes, as
presented. Motion
passed.
Management Report:
The
Action Items were
reviewed and
discussed.
The Financials were
reviewed and
discussed. A motion
was made to roll
over cd #1044 in the
amount of $21,760
for 6 months and cd
#1046 for $21,763
for 12 months when
they come to term.
Motion passed. A
motion was made to
approve the current
financials as
presented. Motion
passed.
The
Correspondence Log
was reviewed and
discussed.
The
Inspection Report
was reviewed and
discussed.

to discuss. Items
for upcoming
newsletter were
mentioned.
Landscape:
Lesley Lee mentioned
the trees that the
Boy Scouts installed
and that she was
glad the board was
looking at a
monument sign at the
pool parking lot
area.

owners this period.
