David Oswald called the meeting to order at approximately 7:06 PM.

The August 16, 2006 Board Meeting was held at the law offices of Daughtry and Jordan, located at 17044 El Camino Real.

The agenda was approved as presented.

Louie West in attendance at 7:20 PM.

Approval of Minutes:

A motion was made to approve the July 19, 2006 minutes, as presented.  Motion passed.

Management Report:

The Action Items were reviewed and discussed. 

The Correspondence Log was reviewed and discussed. 

The Inspection Report was reviewed and discussed.

The Financials were reviewed and discussed. 

Committee Reports:

Architectural Control: No report was given.

Crimewatch:  National Night Out went well and had a large turn out.

Recreation: No report was given.

Playground:  No one in attendance to give report.

Newsletter/Website:  No report was given.

Landscape:  No report was given.

Welcome: There were two new owners this period.

Old Business:

There was no old business to discuss.

New Business: 

There was no new business to discuss.

There being no further business to discuss, a motion was made to adjourn to Executive Session at approximately 7:34 PM.  Motion passes unanimously.
