Louie West called the meeting to order at approximately 7:03 PM.

The July 19, 2006 Board Meeting was held at the law offices of Daughtry and Jordan, located at 17044 El Camino Real.

The agenda was approved as presented.

Homeowner Forum:

Kevin Metrocavage was in attendance to discuss closing costs and fees associated with seller his home.

Approval of Minutes:

A motion was made to approve the June 28, 2006 minutes, as presented. Motion passed.

Committee Reports:

Architectural Control: No report was given.

Crimewatch: National Night Out was discussed in detail.

Recreation: No report was given.

Playground: It was stated that the area has been quiet.

Newsletter/Website: Lesley Lee to put one last newsletter together about National Night Out, and local City planning items. The newsletter will state that we are going paperless and all future information will be available on the website.

Landscape: No report was given.

Welcome: There were two new owners this period.

Management Report:

Action Items: Reviewed and discussed.

Correspondence Log: Reviewed and discussed.

Inspection Reports: Reviewed and discussed.

Financial Statements: Reviewed and discussed. A motion was made approve the financials and renew the $20,000 cd coming to term on 8/3/06, for a nine month term. Motion passed.

There was no old business to discuss.

New Business:

There was no new business to discuss.

There being no further business to discuss, a motion was made to adjourn to Executive Session at approximately 8:46 PM. Motion passes unanimously.
