In Attendance:

Louie West called the meeting to order at approximately 7:04 PM.

The June 28, 2006 Board Meeting was held at the law offices of Daughtry and Jordan, located at 17044 El Camino Real.

The agenda was approved as amended.

Homeowner Forum:

No homeowners were in attendance.

Approval of Minutes:

A motion was made to approve the May 17, 2006 minutes, as amended.  Motion passed.

Management Report:

The Action Items were reviewed and discussed. 

The Correspondence Log was reviewed and discussed.

The Inspection Report was reviewed and discussed.

The Financials were reviewed and discussed.  A motion was made approve the financials. 

Committee Reports:

Architectural Control: No report was given.

Crimewatch:  No one was present to give a report.

Recreation: No report was given.

Playground:  No report was given.

Newsletter/Website:  Lesley Lee to put one last newsletter together about National Night Out, and state that we are going paperless and all information will be available on the website.

Landscape:  The plantings for the pool area will be re-addressed at a later date.

Welcome: There were four new owners this period.

Old Business:

National Night Out – National Night Out will be held Tuesday, August 1.  A motion was made to order one Bernie’s Bargain Special #1 and 100 beach balls that are red white and blue with stars, to say Brittany Bay National Night Out.  Motion passed.

New Business: 

There was no new business to discuss.

There being no further business to discuss, a motion was made to adjourn to Executive Session at approximately 8:07 PM.  Motion passes unanimously.
