Jim Rosinke called the meeting to order at approximately 7:06 PM.

The Board Meeting was held at the law offices of Daughtry and Jordan, located at 17044 El Camino Real.

The agenda was approved as presented.

There were no homeowner comments made.

A motion was made to approve the minutes of the March board meetings, as corrected.  Motion passed.

Management Report:

The Action Items were reviewed and discussed.

The Correspondence Log was reviewed and discussed. 

The Inspection Report was reviewed and discussed.

The Financials were reviewed and discussed.  A motion was made to approve the April Financials.  Motion passed. 

Committee Reports:

Architectural Control: No report was given.

Crimewatch:  A motion was made to order 100 bracelets and 50 basketballs for National Night on August 2.

Recreation: A motion was made to order 10 lounge chairs for the pool.  Motion passed.  A motion was made to have M&M Construction paint the wood around the pump area to match new paint on pool building.  Motion passed.

Playground:  No report was given.

Newsletter:  Current newsletter should go out for Memorial Day weekend.

Landscape:  Lesley Lee will look into plantings for along Brittany Bay Blvd., at the pool area.

Welcome: There were new residents and this has been forwarded to Gina Sherman.

Old Business:

No Old Business to discuss.

New Business: 

The Board requested a bid to re-stain the fence along Brittany Bay Blvd.
