The April 30, 2002 financials were reviewed and discussed.  The Board questioned why the water invoice was so low and also questioned why there was a $500.00 payment in the Taxes and Permits column.  Joyce stated that she would check into it and have the answers at the June Board meeting.

The Action Items List was reviewed and discussed.  The Board asked Joyce to check the Landscape contract to see if Bio Energy was responsible for trimming the Oleander bushes located along Brittany Bay Blvd. past Fir Tree.  The Board stated that the oleanders are growing into the street.
